This Contract is governed by Romanian law. The Provider and the User will try to amicably resolve any disputes or misunderstandings that may arise. If an amicable solution is not possible, the disputes will be resolved by the competent Romanian courts at the Provider's headquarters. No User acquires any rights or licenses to use any of the information on the site by using or accessing it. No user has the right to use an automatic or manual device to monitor the materials available on the site.

Prezentul Contract intră în vigoare doar în momentul în care Prestatorul a confirmat Comanda. Termenii și condițiile generale de vânzare stau la baza Contractului încheiat.

Prestatorul își rezervă dreptul de a selectiona clientii care si-au exprimat anterior dorința de a primi buletine informative si alerte catre care va trimite notificari, cat si dreptul de a elimina din baza sa de date orice client fara nici un angajament ulterior din partea acesteia. Prestatorul nu răspunde pentru niciun fel de prejudicii cauzate Utilizatorului sau oricărui terț ca urmare a îndeplinirii de către Prestator a oricăreia din obligațiile sale conform Comenzii și nici pentru daune care rezultă din utilizarea necorespunzătoare a serviciilor furnizate. Prestatorul nu poate fi în niciun caz responsabil de vreo pierdere a folosinței, de contracte, date, fond comercial, venituri sau profituri (indiferent dacă sunt considerate pretenții directe sau nu) sau orice pierdere, daună sau cheltuială subsecventă, specială, indirectă, incidentală, punitivă sau exemplară în baza sau în legătură cu prezentul Contract, Serviciile sale. Prestatorul nu garantează utilizarea discontinuă și neîntreruptă a site-ului. Este posibil să intervină erori, defecte, viruși sau alte comportamente dăunătoare pe site sau pe servere care să îl facă indisponibil. Prestatorul va lua toate măsurile pentru a limita și pentru a înlătura asemenea evenimente neplăcute în cel mai scurt timp posibil. De asemenea, societatea nu ofera garantii directe sau indirecte cum ca serviciul va fi potrivit cerintelor clientului, serviciul va fi neintrerupt sau fara erori de orice fel sau ca produsele sau serviciile obtinute prin intermediul acestui site vor corespunde cerintelor sau asteptarilor clientilor.
Prestatorul își asumă integral responsabilitatea de a realiza, pe baza de comanda, serviciile intocmai cum au fost soliciatate de utilizator. After-hours.co garantează utilizatorului acces limitat, in interes personal (efectuarea de comenzi online, informare), pe site-ul www.after-hous.co și nu îi confera dreptul de a descarca sau de a modifica partial sau integral site-ul, de a reproduce partial sau integral site-ul, de a copia, de a vinde/revinde sau de a exploata site-ul în orice altă maniera, în scopuri comerciale sau fără acordul prealabil scris al acesteia.
Forță majoră
Nici Prestatorul și nici Utilizatorul nu va fi răspunzător pentru neexecutarea obligațiilor sale contractuale, dacă o astfel de neexecutare la termen și/sau în mod corespunzător, totală sau parțială, este datorată unui eveniment de forță majoră astfel cum este definit de codul civil român.Dacă în termen de 15 (cincisprezece) zile de la data producerii evenimentului de forță majoră, respectivul eveniment nu încetează, oricare dintre Prestator sau Utilizator va avea dreptul să notifice celeilalte părți încetarea de plin drept a Contractului fără ca vreuna dintre ele să poată pretinde celeilalte daune-interese.
Legea aplicabilă și soluționarea disputelor
Prezentul Contract este supus legii române.Prestatorul și Utilizatorul vor încerca să rezolve pe cale amiabilă orice dispute sau neînțelegeri ar putea să apară. În măsura în care soluționarea amiabilă nu va fi posibilă, litigiile vor fi soluționate de instanțele judecătorești române competente de la sediul Prestatorului.Niciun Utilizator nu dobândește, prin utilizarea și accesarea site-ului vreun drept sau vreo licență de utilizare a vreuneia dintre informațiile de pe site. Niciun utilizator nu are dreptul de a utiliza un dispozitiv automat sau manual pentru a monitoriza materialele disponibile pe site.
